At Hapyns, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request returns or refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received damaged, expired, or incorrect products

  • You received missing items in the order

  • You received products with quality issues

Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, or frozen products are returnable only at the time of delivery if there is a visible issue.

2. Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Products damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order ID, issue details, and photos (if required)

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. Pickup/return process will be arranged if approved

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following ways:

  • Wallet credit (fastest option)

  • Original payment method

  • Replacement of the item(s)

Refund Timeline:

  • Wallet Refund: within 24 hours

  • Bank/UPI Refund: 2–7 business days (depending on bank)

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before packing starts.

  • If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation may not be allowed.

Refund for prepaid orders will be processed as per refund timelines above.

6. Wrong or Failed Delivery

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
